Food and Music have a long association: food and wine have inspired works of music as well as influenced the creative processes of composers!

To celebrate this union, the Hertford Choral Society has produced its own ‘Food with Music’ Recipe Book and you can download and listen to a 3 Counties radio interview from Christmas 2014 about it here

This limited-edition A5-sized collection of members’ favourite recipes, together with their musical recollections, provides a lovely record of some of the inspirations behind Hertford’s longest-standing choir!

Spiral-bound, with a practical wipe-clean cover and imperial/metric conversion table on the back cover, they make a great birthday present or Christmas stocking filler!

Contents include 45 delicious recipes for starters, meat, fish and vegetarian meals, desserts, biscuits, cakes, chutney, accompanying wines… and breakfasts!

Copies are available - while stocks last! - by sending a cheque for £6.00 per copy (includes postage) made payable to ‘Hertford Choral Society’ to:
